The event was a heart warming gathering of grandparents with their grandkids .The day commenced with a mesmerising dance performance by LKG students followed by many fun games for grandparents . The highlight of the day was plantation done in school campus by grandparents. The celebrations proved to be a poignant testament of a unique bond shared between grandparents and their grandchildren , leaving everyone with cherished feeling of gratitude and love .

The Coast Guard Kindergarten(CGKG), Meenambakkam was inaugurated on 23 Feb 2017 by Mrs. Urmila Singh, President, Tatrakshika and is located at Coast Guard Residential Complex, 4th Street, NGO Colony, Nanganallur, Chennai.
